Description
This Grand Cru comes from Mount Kenya, the second-highest peak in Africa, located in Kirinyaga County. Its crop is harvested from purple tea plants which grow from volcanic soil; its leaves have a high anthocyanin and mineral content.
A powerful black tea with delicious apple and stewed prune notes, which blend with toasted fragrances, enhanced by a finely powdered texture.

Suggestion of preparation
Prepare this tea warm:
With the teapot or the tasting set: 4 minutes in water heated to 195°F.
With the Gong Fu Cha: infusions during 30-40 seconds.

In a teapot or carafe: infuse 16 g of leaves per liter of water at room temperature for 30 minutes. Remove the leaves and store in the fridge.
