Hot tea
Steep 2 tbsp in 2 cups of filtered water for 3 minutes at 170°F.
Latte tea
Steep 2 tbsp in 1 cup of hot milk and 1 cup of filtered water at 200°F for 5 minutes. Froth using an electric whisk.
Iced tea
Steep 4 tbsp in 4 cups of room temperature water for 30 minutes. Remove the tea leaves and refrigerate.
