Description
This Grand Cru is harvested in Ozurgeti, in the region of Guria. It is made by Georgian growers Nika and Baaka. They experimented with placing the tea leaves in contact with the strawberries that are picked near their estate, to create a tea like no other!
An indulgent, highly vegetal green tea with delicate wild strawberry, fruity and vanilla notes which develop against a smooth texture.

Suggestion of preparation
With the teapot or the tasting set: 4 minutes in water heated to 170°F.
