Description
The Yunnan, known as the "land of eternal spring", enjoys a climate so mild that the first teas are delivered at the end of winter. The tea is harvested just before Chinese New Year and is an ode to the rebirth of nature and to the fragrances of springtime.
This new season Chinese green tea is like an awakening of spring. It has fresh vegetal and mineral notes and a delicately powdery texture.
