This extremely rare Grand Cru is produced by Yanki Tea in the Mirik valley. It is a Bai Mu Dan made following the Chinese method, but which is grown outside of its traditional region using a classic Himalayan cultivar called Tukdah 78. This is one to discover!

A stylish white tea with floral, fruity and fresh vegetal hints. Its silky texture and sweet taste are both highly soft.

Suggestion of preparation

With the tasting set: 8' minutes in water heated to 160°F.
