Palais des Thés created a new format ideal for preparing delicious iced teas: the “Iced Tea Pouches”. They are composed of 4 extra-large loose-leaf tea bags, each allowing to brew 17 oz. of refreshing iced tea. Available in a variety of different flavors, these pouches will allow you to conveniently prepare and enjoy your favorite iced teas and infusions.
The Du Hammam is one of our most popular teas, it is a fruity blend inspired by a Turkish recipe that uses green teas to evoke the aromas of a hammam (steam bath): roses, green dates, berries, and orange flower water. Its extraordinary fragrance comes from a subtle combination of Chinese green tea and rich, fruity aromas and is sprinkled with flower petals in the pure Eastern tradition.

Suggestion of preparation
To prepare iced tea:
Infuse one XL tea bag in 50cl / 17oz of room temperature water for 30 minutes. When the infusion is finished, place the liquor in the refrigerator to cool.
To prepare hot tea:
Infuse one XL tea bag in 50cl / 17oz of filtered water for 3 minutes at 75°C / 170°F.
