The Sakura cup has a pattern of cherry blossoms, which are eagerly awaited and celebrated in Japan every spring. Hasami artisans create the floral pattern by stamping the motif onto porcelain. The inside of the cup is white, except for a band around the rim that highlights the color of the infusion.
