To prepare hot tea :
Steep 0.2 oz in 10 fl oz of water at 170°F during 3 minutes.
To prepare latte tea:
Steep 0.2 oz in 10 fl oz of water at 170°F and 1 cup of hot milk for 6 minutes.
To prepare iced tea :
Steep 0.3 oz in 2 cups of room temperature water for 45 minutes. Remove the leaves and place the drink in the refrigerator.
