Description

This Grand Cru tea is produced in the Vietnamese town of Hà Giang. It's made from the Shan tea plant, which grows at 1500 meters above sea level along the Tay Con Linh mountain. Its leaves are processed to make black tea. A sweet tea with a delicately powdered texture, with a fruity and cocoa aromatic profile.

Suggestion of preparation

With the tasting set: 4' minutes in water heated to 195°F - 90°C.

With Gong Fu Cha (teapot/gaiwan): 30-40 second infusions.
