To prepare iced tea:
Infuse 2 tbsp - 1L / 32 oz of room temperature water during 45 minutes. When the infusion is ready, place the liquor in the fridge to cool.
To prepare hot tea:
Infuse (2 tbsp) of loose leaf tea in 4 cups of filtered water for 4 minutes at 195°C - 90°C.
