This delicious black tea from the Mai Tea Estate is an ode to spring. Its name, Sabhang, means "celebration" in Limbu, paying tribute to the new season. The first leaves harvested in spring reveal unparalleled complex fragrances.
This fresh and powerful first flush tea reveals vegetal, floral and citrus notes, alongside a delicate astringency that gives the notes a long finish.

With the teapot or the tasting set: 3’45 minutes in water heated to 185°F.
With the gong fu cha: infusions during 30-40 seconds.

In a teapot or a carafe: Steep 8 g in 50 cl of water at room temperature 30 min. Remove the tea leaves and refrigerate.
