Rich and sensual, Thé des Amants is a voluptuous and fragrant organic blend of black tea, apple, almond, cinnamon and vanilla, spiced up with a hint of ginger.
Black teas are called red tea in China due to the coppery colour of the infusion. Those are teas whose leaves have undergone full oxidation.
Prepare this tea warm:
With the teapot or the tasting set: 4 minutes in water at 200°F.
With the gong fu cha: infusions during 30-40 seconds.
Prepare this tea iced:
In a teapot or carafe: infuse 8 g of leaves in 50 cl of water at room temperature for 30 minutes. Remove the leaves and store in the fridge.
Prepare latte tea :
Steep 8g in a mixture of 25cl of water at 95°C and 25cl of hot milk for 4min.
