To prepare iced tea:
Infuse one XL tea bag or 8-10 grams (2 tbsp) of loose leaf tea in 4 cups of room temperature water for 45 minutes. When the infusion is finished, place the liquor in the refrigerator to cool.
To prepare hot tea:
Infuse one XL tea bag or 8-10 grams (2 tbsp) of loose leaf tea in 4 cups of filtered water for 5 minutes at 95°C / 200°F.
