This rooibos comes from the Cederberg reserve in South Africa. It is not made from tea plants, but from shrubs belonging to the Fabaceae family.
Unlike classic (red) rooibos, the leaves of green rooibos are not oxidised. It offers a range of greener, fruitier notes, while retaining the vanilla-like undertones typical of traditional rooibos. Its aromatic profile is fresher and more tangy. Naturally caffeine-free, rooibos can be enjoyed freely, from morning to evening.

With the teapot or the tasting set: 5 minutes in water heated to 200°F.
