This black tea comes from the region of Imereti in Georgia. It is harvested at between 300 and 500 metres above sea level in Gumati. This Grand Cru is made from camellia sinensis tea plant seeds and the leaves are harvested in August.
This rare Georgian Grand Cru is highly smooth and sweet. It features intense toasted, cocoa and fruity notes that have a long finish.
This tea is organically grown and has been certified by an approved independent testing center.
With the teapot or the tasting set: 4 minutes in water heated to 90°C / 195°F.$

In a teapot or a carafe: infuse 8 g of leaves per 50 cL of water at room temperature for 45 minutes. Remove the leaves and store in the fridge.
