Palais des Thés is a tea house founded in 1986 by François-Xavier Delmas.
At the time, the tea industry was dominated by long-established, family-owned heritage brands. As a newcomer, François-Xavier decided to start his business on his own terms.
For him, mastering tea meant seeking it directly where it grew, in producing countries, alongside the women and men who cultivate and craft it every day. From these encounters, travels and discoveries came a clear vision: this new tea house had to be dedicated to learning and knowledge sharing, where everyone could explore and appreciate tea at their own pace.
