Over the last few years, several African plantation managers have sought to increase the quality of the tea they produce. This fine green tea harvest with large, delicately twisted leaves come to us from Kenya.
This silky tea develops an elegant astringent finish. It reveals vegetal, honeyed, fruity and mineral notes. A powerful tea.

With the tasting set: 4' minutes in water heated to 170°F.
With the Gong Fu Cha (teapot/Gaiwan): infusions during 30-40 secondes.
