Huang Shan Mao Feng is one of the most renowned Chinese green teas. Its name refers to its origin — the Yellow Mountains — and the fine quality of the harvest, known as “Mao Feng.” It is recognized by its distinctive twisted shape, which enhances its fragrance.

Suggestion of preparation
Prepare this tea warm:
With the teapot or the tasting set: 4 minutes in water heated to 170°F.
With the Gong Fu Cha: multiple infusions during 30-40 seconds.
Also delicious iced:Steep 0.3 oz (8g) in 17 fl oz (50cl) of water at room temperature 30 min. Remove the tea leaves and refrigerate.
