Description
This green tea is the product of a Tanzanian cooperative of small growers along the Usambara Mountains. It's made by hand from the CS Assamica cultivar. As both a result, the end result is of much higher quality - a worthy initiative!
This light green tea has distinct gourmet and fruity notes that develop against a soft texture.

Suggestion of preparation
With the tasting set: 4' minutes in water heated to 175°F (80°C).
With the Gong Fu Cha (teapot/Gaiwan): infusions during 30-40 secondes.
