Suggestion of preparation
Imperial Chai (Organic) can be enjoyed in several ways:
The “Western” method: take 0.2 oz (6 g) of tea leaves for 10 fl oz (30 cl) of water and heat to 200°F (95°C). Steep for 4 minutes.
The Indian method for a chai latte: infuse the desired quantity of Imperial Chai (Organic) in 2/3 water at 200°F (95°C) and 1/3 milk. Add sugar and infuse for 4 minutes.
To prepare this tea iced:
Take 0.6 oz (16 g) of tea leaves per 34 fl oz (1 liter) of water at room temperature, infuse for 45 minutes, remove leaves, and chill.
