Suggestion of preparation
To prepare iced tea:
Steep 10g (0.35 oz) in 50cl (17 fl oz) of filtered water and infuse at room temperature for 45 minutes. When the infusion is ready, place the liquor in the fridge to cool.
To prepare hot tea:
Steep 8g (0.28 oz) in 50cl (17 fl oz) of filtered water at 80°C – 175°F during 2'45 minutes.
Tea ingredients
white tea (China) (42%), sweet banana (banana, coconut oil) (25%), sweet pineapple
(pineapple, acidifier: E330*), carob, white hibiscus, sweet blackberry leaves, pink pepper, flavours,
flower petals (rose, sunflower), pink pepper.
Acidifier: E330 means « citric acid », component largely present in some fruit, such as lemon.
