Description

Green of London is an exceptional organic Earl Grey that combines delicate Chinese green tea with fresh notes of bergamot. A remarkably refined and perfectly balanced organic blend.

Earl Grey has been a classic in England since Charles Grey, the 2nd Earl of Falloden and Foreign Secretary, became Prime Minister in 1830. In gratitude for saving the life of a Chinese mandarin, he was gifted a specially scented tea flavored with bergamot oil.

Suggestion of preparation

To prepare this tea warm:

Using a teapot or tasting set: steep for 3 minutes in water heated to 175°F (80°C). Use approximately 10 fl oz (30 cl) of water.

To prepare this tea iced:

Take 0.6 oz (16 g) of tea leaves per 34 fl oz (1 liter) of water at room temperature, infuse for 45 minutes, remove leaves, and chill.

Green tea* (China) (96.5%), natural bergamot flavor, cornflower* and blue mallow* petals.
