Description
This white tea comes from Chiang Mai province, Thailand. It is harvested at 1,000 metres above sea level on Mae Shae mountain. It is produced from Assamica tea plants. Its production method is inspired by the traditional Chinese method: withering, then drying.

Suggestion of preparation
With the tasting set: 6' minutes in water heated to 80°C.
With the Gong Fu Cha (teapot/Gaiwan): infusions during 30-40 secondes.
