Infuse the Blend: Steep the Golden Harvest blend in 6.8 fl oz (20 cl) of water at 195°F (90°C) for 5 minutes.
Place the cranberries in 3.4 fl oz (10 cl) of the infusion to plump them up for 10 minutes; drain the fruit and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, combine the jam and the neutral oil. Add 4.4 oz (125 g) of the rolled oats, the sunflower seeds, the plumped cranberries, and the crushed cashews.
Fill financier molds (or small rectangular bar molds) with this mixture, pressing down firmly with the back of a spoon.
Bake for 35 minutes, or until the bars are golden brown.
Lightly toast the remaining of rolled oats in a pan. Reduce the toasted oats into a powder and set aside.
Melt the white chocolate using a double boiler (bain-marie).
Once the bars are out of the oven, dip each bar into the melted chocolate, then into the toasted oat powder. Set aside on parchment paper.
Enjoy when the chocolate has sufficiently hardened.
