Ingredients

-0.35 oz (10 g) of Berry Field

-2.1 oz (60 g) of dried cranberries

-5.6 oz (160 g) of red berry jam

-1 fl oz (30 ml) of neutral oil

-4.8 oz (135 g) of oat flakes

-1.1 oz (30 g) of sunflower seeds

-2.1 oz (60 g) of crushed cashews

-3.5 oz (100 g) of white chocolate

Preparation

    1| Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C)
2| Infuse the Blend: Steep the Golden Harvest blend in 6.8 fl oz (20 cl) of water at 195°F (90°C) for 5 minutes.
3| Place the cranberries in 3.4 fl oz (10 cl) of the infusion to plump them up for 10 minutes; drain the fruit and set aside.
4| In a mixing bowl, combine the jam and the neutral oil. Add 4.4 oz (125 g) of the rolled oats, the sunflower seeds, the plumped cranberries, and the crushed cashews.
5| Fill financier molds (or small rectangular bar molds) with this mixture, pressing down firmly with the back of a spoon.
6| Bake for 35 minutes, or until the bars are golden brown.
7| Lightly toast the remaining of rolled oats in a pan. Reduce the toasted oats into a powder and set aside.
8| Melt the white chocolate using a double boiler (bain-marie).
9| Once the bars are out of the oven, dip each bar into the melted chocolate, then into the toasted oat powder. Set aside on parchment paper.
10| Enjoy when the chocolate has sufficiently hardened.

Tasting Advice

Feel free to save the cranberry steeping infusion; it makes a deliciously tart mocktail to enjoy chilled! These delicious bars will keep for up to three days in an airtight metal tin.
