Our Icy Peach creation enhanced with vibrant raspberries, delicate rose syrup, and luscious raspberry puree. It's a delightful blend that’s both invigorating and sweet!
Ingredients
7 tbsp (24 g) of
Icy Peach
2 cups (50 cl) of filtered water
10 raspberries
2 cups (50 cl) of raspberry coulis
2.5 tbsp (4 cl) of rose syrup
Essential equipment
A carafe or two large glasses
Preparation
1. The Infusion
Infuse 7 tbsp (24 g) of
Icy Peach
in 2 cups (50 cl) of water at room temperature for 45 minutes.
2. The cocktail
Add raspberries, rose syrup and raspberry coulis into the Icy Peach infusion. Mix with a spoon.
Leave the preparation in the fridge for 1 hour to 1 hour and 30 minutes, then serve it nice and cold!
Serving Tips
Add more flavor to your glass with some fresh mint leaves.
