An alcohol-free cocktail perfectly balanced, with a freshness that evokes the monsoon of tropical climates!
Fruity and subtly peppery, the Tropical Monsoon will enchant your summer evenings with its exotic notes.
Prepare a very concentrated infusion: immerse 1 XL pouch (or 2.5 tbsp of loose tea in a tea filter) of Tropicolada Iced Tea (Organic)
and the pink peppercorns, previously crushed in a mortar, in ⅓ cup of water at 195°F. Let it steep for 4 minutes. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
In a cocktail glass, place a few ice cubes. Pour in the grenadine syrup, lime juice, Ginger Ale et 1/8 cup of pineapple juice (keep 1/8 cup). Add the well-chilled Tropicolada-pink peppercorn liquor. Stir with a spoon.
With an electric mixer, froth the remaining 1/8 cup of pineapple juice. Pour it over the surface of the cocktail.
For decoration (and freshness!), place a few pink peppercorns on the foam, add a mint leaf, and some thin cucumber half-slices arranged in a star pattern on a cocktail pick. Serve immediately!
