The sweetness of apricot sorbet melds with our Icy Peach infusion, a touch of vanilla pulp and a splash of lime juice create a symphony of flavors that promises to transport you to a blissful summer escape.
Ingredients
3 XL iced tea pouches (24g) of
Icy Peach Iced Tea (Organic)
2 cups (50cl) of filtered water
2/3 cups (150g) of apricot sorbet
½ lime
½ vanilla bean
Essential Equipment:
A blender
A pitcher or two glasses
Preparation
1. L'infusion
2. The cocktail (for a pitcher or two large glasses)
Squeeze the juice of half a lime.
Split the vanilla bean lengthwise and scrape out the pulp using a small knife.
In a blender, combine the Icy Peach infusion, apricot sorbet, vanilla pulp, and lime juice. Blend on high for 15 seconds.
Pour the mixture into two glasses, and it's ready to serve.
Serving Tips
Garnish your glass with a lime wedge or a few lime slices.
