Infuse 1 XL pouch (or 2.5 tbsp of loose tea in a tea filter) of Strawberry Granita Iced Tea (Organic)
in 3/4 cup (20cl) of water at room temperature for one hour.
Strain and set aside.
2. The mocktail (for two cocktail glasses)
Pour the Strawberry Granita infusion into a pitcher or shaker, then add the coconut milk and rose syrup.
Serve in 2 cocktail glasses.
Preparation suggestion
Use a milk frother to create a delicate foam, and garnish your glasses with a few strawberries.
