Earl Grey puts on its evening attire in this deliciously tangy mocktail! When mingled with fresh lemon, its signature bergamot notes are heightened, creating an elegant and refined beverage.

Ingredients

-0.18 oz (5 g) of Blue of London

-5 fl oz of filtered water

-2.7 fl oz of fresh lemon juice

-10 fl oz of sparkling lemon soda

-Ice dubes

Thin lemon slices fro garnish

Preparation

    1| Steep the Blue of London in water heated to 195°F for 30 minutes. Once finished, strain the leaves and place the tea in the refrigerator to cool.
    2| In a pitcher filled with ice cubes, pour in the chilled tea and the fresh lemon juice. Stir well with a long spoon.
    3| Gently pour in the sparkling lemon soda.
    4| Pour the mixture into whiskey glasses half-filled with fresh ice.

Tasting Advice

Before serving, place a very thin half-slice of lemon on top of each cocktail.
