Jasmine Pearls
2 cups (50 cl) of filtered water
Sparkling water
1 tbsp of ginger syrup
1 tbsp of freshly squeezed lime juice
Ice cubes

Preparation
Steep the
Jasmine Pearls
in 2 cups of water at 175°F (80°C) for 30 minutes.
In a mixing glass filled 3/4 full with ice, add 1 cup of brewed tea, the ginger syrup, and the lime juice.
Stir the mixture with a bar spoon.
Fill 2/3 of a glass with the tea mixture, straining it with a strainer, and top off with sparkling water
Serving Tips
Garnish with a sprig of fresh rosemary.
