Combining a delicate tea blend (mint, peach, oolong) with aromatic rosemary and sweet peach syrup, this drink is the definition of refreshing. It’s light, vibrant, and completely alcohol-free.
Ingrédients
2 XL pouches (or 5 tbsp of loose tea in a tea filter) of Icy Peach
2 cups (50 cl) of filtered water
2 stalks of mint
1 stalk of rosemary
2 tbsp of peach simple syrup

A carafe or two glasses
Recipe
1. The infusion
Infuse 2 XL pouches (or (5 tbsp of loose tea in a tea filter) of Icy Peach
in 2 cups (50 cl) of water at room temperature for 45 minutes.
2. The cocktail (for a carafe or two big glasses)
In a carafe, pour the peach simple syrup, Icy Peach infusion and add mint and rosemary.
Place the liqueur in the fridge for 1 hour.
Filter out the aromatic herbs then serve nice and cold!
Serving Tips
You can also add a few slices of cucumber or fresh ginger to the recipe.
