Get ready for a flavor vacation! This unique mocktail is like a paradise in a glass.   We start with a spiced iced tea base, then layer in the tartness of cranberry juice, the deep sweetness of raspberry sauce, and the irresistible tropical essence of passion fruit and mango coulis. It’s an intensely flavorful and refreshing sip!

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp (0.3 oz or 8.5g) of Summer Fizz
  • 2 cups (48 cl) of tonic water
  • 1 ½ fl oz (4.5 ml) of cranberry juice
  • ½ fl oz (15 ml) of raspberry sauce
  • ½ fl oz (15 ml) of passion mango coulis
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Ice cubes

Preparation

1. Infusion

  • Let the Summer Fizz infuse in tonic water for an hour in the fridge

2. Cocktail

  • In a cocktail shaker, pour the cranberry juice, the raspberry sauce, the passion mango coulis, and the tea-tonic mixture
  • Pour into an old fashioned glass with ice cubes and garnish with a few basil leaves, if desired
  • Serve chilled and enjoy!
