By letting the fragrant Chai Imperial take center stage, we combine it simply with the smooth sweetness of blossom honey and the sharp zest of lime juice. It’s a clean, delicious, and deeply satisfying alcohol-free option for any occasion.
Ingredients
5 teabags or 2 tbsp of Chai Imperial
in a large filter
17 fl oz (0.5 L) of filtered water
4 tbsp orange blossom honey
2 tbsp concentrated lime juice (Pulco® brand or similar)
Preparation
Infuse the tea for 4 minutes in water heated to 180°F (90°C).
Add the honey and leave to cool in the fridge.
Once chilled, add the lime concentrate.
Serving suggestion
Serve the cocktail in a glass garnished with a cinnamon stick.
