Ingredients

- 10 fl oz (30 cl) of spring water
- 10 fl oz (30 cl) of champagne
- 2 tbsp of peach liqueur
Preparation
- Infuse the for 3 minutes in boiling water
- Filter the leaves and cool the liqueur before placing in the refrigerator for 30 minutes
- Pour the tea and peach liqueur in a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously
- Fill champagne flute half way and top off with chilled champagne
