Description
This Grand Cru is a white tea from Yunnan province. It is produced in the regions surrounding Baoshan. Its tea plants are harvested at over 1,000 metres above sea level. An unusual white tea.
A delicious sweet and silky tea which reveals soft floral, fruity, vegetal and vanilla notes.

With the tasting set: 7' minutes in water heated to 160°F.
With the Gong Fu Cha (teapot/Gaiwan): infusions during 30-40 secondes.
