Description
This tea is grown in the Chinese province of Yunnan. It is a Shu Pu Erh that has gone through an accelerated fermentation process. This tea's leaves are compressed into miniature bird's nests known as Tuo Cha in Chinese.
A sweet Shu Pu Erh with woody, vanilla, earthy, and humus aromas and a smooth texture.
Each mini Tuo Cha weighs about 4 grams (enough for a 10cl mug or teapot/gaiwan).
